Phone Logs

A feature recently requested of us was the development of a telephone log -- tracking the calls made and received with respect to a case, and perhaps even the capability to track the length of a call to support electronic billing of the call and the time spent on the case.

We are not sure if we'll be adding it to our legal extranet product, as this feature certainly could be considered more of a time and billing software feature than a collaboration feature, but it is an interesting idea that we shall be considering.
