Email notifications

Legal extranets often are used to store large volumes and numbers of documents. To make sure that new documents do not get lost in the shuffle of tracking and managing many documents, systems can be configured to automatically send email notifications to team members as documents are added to the system. With these notifications, which should contain a hyperlink to the recently added document or file, team members can be automatically made aware of updates to the system (such as new transcripts, memos, pleadings, etc.).
