Attaching FIles To Extranets

Is it hard to attach files to extranets? Can a general user do it (or must an IT technical staff member help them? Will this slow down the process of distributing documents to clients.

No, this will not slow down the business process at all. It is quite easy to attach files to a legal extranet system. The level of complexity is about the same as attaching files to an email message. One clicks on an "attach" button, is prompted to browse their computer (local and network drives), and then simply selects the file to be attached. The selected file is then immediately loaded into the extranet system.
